First seen on January 25th, 2003, SQL Slammer is the fastest computer worm in history. It doubled in size every 8.5 seconds and infected 75,000 hosts within 10 minutes. SQL Slammer targeted a known buffer overflow vulnerability in Microsoft SQL Server. This shirt includes a sample of the binary code of the buffer overflow payload found in UDP packets generated by the worm.
